1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Agalaz Fashion, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Agalaz Fashion provides AI-powered virtual clothing try-on. Results are generated using artificial intelligence and may not perfectly represent real-world appearance. The service is provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy.
3. Free & Paid Plans
Free users receive 1 HD render per day (resets at 00:00 UTC). For more renders we offer monthly subscription plans — Starter $4.99/month (40 renders), Momentum $9.99/month (90) or Visionary $19.99/month (200) — billed through Stripe and cancellable at any time. If you prefer no subscription, a one-time pack of 25 renders is available for $9.99; one-time credits never expire.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process your images for the purpose of generating try-on results. We do not claim ownership of your content.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use this service for generating inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agalaz Labs and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from the use of, or inability to use, this service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Data Security & Breaches
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any unauthorized access, hacking, security breach, or data leak that occurs despite reasonable safeguards or results from events beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a breach affecting personal data, we will notify affected users and the competent authority where required by law (e.g. GDPR Art. 33–34).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agalaz Labs and its founder from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
