Return window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to return

1. Email us at Contact with your order number.
2. We send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Drop the parcel at the carrier and keep your receipt.

Who pays

Return shipping is free — we cover the cost of the prepaid label for eligible returns. Faulty or incorrect items are always returned free of charge.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Return the original for a refund and place a new order — it is the fastest way to get the piece you want before it sells out.
