Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Transit time

Standard delivery takes 6–12 business days in transit after dispatch. Total time to your door is processing + transit. Remote regions and customs checks can add a few days.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all orders of $150 or more. Below that, a flat $9.90 applies at checkout — no surprise fees.

For most destinations, taxes are included. Where local import duties apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient — we declare orders accurately and never under-value parcels.
